General advice for Coronavirus can be found on the NHS Inform website. You will find information about how to self isolate and what to do if you or your family members become unwell.
There is also a telephone advice line on 0800 028 2816.
The vast majority of people who have coronavirus will have mild symptoms that can be self managed at home. There is no need to speak to a doctor if this is the case.
However, if symptoms are much worse, not better after seven days or you are in a high risk health group then please contact NHS24 directly on 111. If you are unsure about this then please use the NHS Inform symptom checker.
If you are isolating and unable to work, there is no need to get a fit note from your GP. Instead you should click here to get an isolation note for your employer.
Shielded people who are at the highest risk for coronavirus will be receiving a letter from the government. The letter can be viewed here.
Appointments
In order to protect you from coronavirus, we are no longer able to offer appointments for routine issues. However, if you feel that you have an urgent problem then please call us on 0141 776 3442 and speak to one of our Patient Care Advisors.
Prescription requests
Due to the increase in demand for repeat medication at the practice and pharmacies, prescriptions will now take 4 working days to be processed and ready for collection.
Please order your prescriptions in plenty of time.
